Where are you based?
Our artists are based in Vancouver, BC, Canada and all the prices listed are in CAD.
However, we have a fulfillment partner in the United States, China, and Indonesia for some of our products, so you might notice some items could be shipped from there.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are ethically handmade in North America, Indonesia, or China in small batches to reduce waste. We always carefully curated every product and hand-checked them one by one to ensure the best quality for you.
What are the payment options?
We accept all credit card payments.

FREE SHIPPING for items up to 300 grams (you can check the product's weight for shipping in the "product information" section). The rest is calculated at checkout, starting from 8 CAD.
Regular shipping takes 4-10 business days depending on the destination. Please note that we are trying our best to reduce the shipping fee, so some orders might not have a tracking number. Thank you for your support and understanding.

What is your return policy?
Since we make your goods handmade each order, we are sorry that we cannot accept returns.

Do you have a wholesale program?

Do you do custom orders?
If you're thinking about commission art, yes we do! Please click here to read about it. For your information, every product we produce is made by hand in small batches. We offer customization for your order to make them special and personal for you, please see the detail on each product page or contact us directly. However, at this moment we do not offer customization wholesale orders or private labels.
How does your order help the animals in need?
For every order you made with The Northern Kid, we will donate 5% of the profits to a designated animal rescue/sanctuaries. Each product will have a different organization, depending on the theme and/or collaboration. Feel free to read more about our mission here.
