Where are you based?
Our artists are based in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Our suppliers are based in North America.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are ethically handmade in North America. We always carefully curated every product and hand-checked them one-by-one to ensure the best quality for you.
What are the payment options?
We accept all credit cards and PayPal payments. Cash in hands and in-person delivery are acceptable within the Downtown Vancouver area. Please contact us for further info.
Where do you shipping?
We have a commitment to reduce waste including carbon footprints so at the moment we do not ship outside Canada and the USA. Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes charged upon delivery.
What is your return policy?
For home, stationery, and apparel products, we accept returns within 5 days after you received the product, as long as the products are still new and in a good condition.
For self-care products, we do not accept any return for health and hygiene purposes.
All return costs are borne by the customer unless we've sent you the wrong order.

Do you do custom orders?
Every product we produce is made by hand in a small batch. We offer customization for your order to make them special and personal for you, please see the detail on each product page.
However, at this moment we do not offer customization wholesale orders or private labels.
